Step 1: Choose your identity and create an account
When signing up for free, first choose learner/teacher.
Learners will be eligible to join as debaters.
Teachers will be eligible to join as judges.
Once the debate moves from the “Team Up“ phase to “Upcoming“, anyone can join as an audience.
Step 2: Add your profile name
Go to the top-right corner and click “My Account“.
Add your profile name, avatar and location at My Account > Profile
Otherwise, others in the debate cannot find you.
Step 3: Find the Debate and Join Team
Go to: Debate > All Events > Team Up > Join Team
Based on your chosen identity, learners will be eligible to join as debaters, teachers will be eligible to join as judges.
Step 4: Discuss and Connect
Go to the top-right corner and click “My Dashboard“, then go to “Discussion“.
Feel free to discuss your debate topic or hover over any user to “Start Chat“ to connect with them.
